If you are considering this nail salon, then please do not hesitate! I have been coming here for a couple of months now, and I have never had a single bad experience, I always ask for Helen, and she has never ever fallen short of amazing. Every time I go, she is extremely sweet, she is very open about the price, and she is an extremely talented artist who has given me the most beautiful nails every single time. She has shown me so much kindness and compassion, and I am going to miss her so much as I am moving out of town for college. This is a great place for college students and high school students or quite literally anyone who loves a warm environment and beautiful nails at a reasonable price. Even though I always have Helen do my nails, everyone there is extremely kind and always walks up and greets me and compliments me on my nails. It is such an amazing environment, and it makes me feel so good and happy and warm.

I love my nails and toes. Susan did a great job on my nails and Cindy was very good as well. My toes needed work. I do believe I was overcharged a bit. I was not made aware that there were up charges. I paid almost $200 just for myself which I’m not used to, but that doesn’t take away from how good they look. My daughters mani & pedi looked great and they had so much patience! I’m loyal to this place for the consistency and quality.

I have been going to this location for two years now and it remains my favorite due to their consistency is quality and service. I have never had a disappointing experience with this salon, there’s only been a issue once where my nail cracked a few days after getting them done but they fixed it with no charge. I always get different techs when I go and every time the techs are accommodating and friendly , and I never have any concern in quality or design because the staff always checks beforehand to ensure your design is doable for the tech. My favorite thing at this this salon is the longevity and overall quality, the techs pay attention to little details like cleaning insides of acrylic tips and my acrylics always last over 3 weeks and my shellac lasts even longer. Ive gotten shellac pedicures at other locations but don’t last like the pedicures I’ve gotten at milano.

Milano has nail techs that consistently serve up phenomenal nails. I do not have a go-to nail tech because everyone has the skills to deliver. I get pedicures and full sets with solid colors. I haven’t gotten nails with design - yet. Prices are reasonable and the establishment is exceptionally clean.

Nice customer service.The girls don't talk on cell while working. They want to be sure you are satisfied. My nails are thin and weak. It's hard to find a place that does a good job…And they do!
